Job Description
- Handling all telephonic inquiries, EPBAX System & courier management Ensure smooth over-all operations of the Front Desk.
- Visitor/ Guest Management Ensuring all Guest/ Visitor should be greeted, registered, and seated. All guest/ Visitors to be directed to the concerned person in the organization.
- Supporting to Manage Admin Facilities like Housekeeping, Security, courier & Stationery.
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls.
- Resolve Employee concerns in coordination with HR Department.
- To Support HR/Admin departments for any administrative support.
Job Role : Front Desk Executive
Eligibility : Any Graduate
Experience : 1 - 3 Years
Salary : Rs: 1,75,000 - 2,75,000 P.A.
