Job Description
- Should be an expert in End to End Recruitment Domestic Staffing only.
- Should be strong in Client Service, Delivery and Vendor Management.
- Must have Market and technology research.
- Generating Database for identifying prospective clientele, develop relationship.
- Develop and create a Client base of potential contacts to service Contract, Contract to Hire and full time positions.
- Building top of mind awareness through effective phone calls, which foster a consultative relationship and increased Business with the client.
- Maintaining Clients up-to-date profile's for further references.
- Must have good knowledge in all IT Technologies & software based Application projects.
- Enhancing sales activities to achieve annual sales goal.
- Running email campaigns & other brand building activities.
