services for STM (Science, Technology, and Medicine) book and journal

Job Description
- Understand the typesetting work flow.
- Understand the author/publishers requirements.
- Communicate with client on job status, files delivery and feedback handling.
- Understand the organization culture.
- Co-ordinate with all the departments.
- Ability to communicate through e-mail.
- Ability to manage timelines and resolve problems.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent command over English (both written and verbal skills).
- Shift Time : 10AM – 6.45 PM.
Experience
- Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Assess problem scenarios to identify cause, gather relevant information and help resolve problem.
- Eye for details.
- Tracking daily/weekly status of ongoing projects.
- Coordinating across various teams (internal/client).
- Efficient follow-up with concerned teams for closure of any delivery requirement.
Qualifications
- BSC/BCA/B.E/B.Tech(IT,CSE,EEE,ECE,E& I)/MSC(without standing arrear).
