- Calculating the Shrinkage, attrition and take necessary steps.
- People Management.
- Floor Management.
- Should have experience in Outbound Process.
- Knowledge of Dialer.
- Must have experience in telecom process.

Experience : 1 - 3 Years
Salary : Rs: 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
