Job Description
- Should have basic accounting & taxes knowledge.
- Good communication.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in night shifts 6:30pm-3:30am (this shift as per requirement).
Behavioral Skills
- (Attitude, Aptitude and Abilities) Willing to work primarily in night shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure following stringent deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player as well as hands-on individual contributor.
- Good judgment, tact, flexibility, organization and planning skills would be required to handle situations independently and make decisions.
- Ability to work in high paced, challenging environment.
- Requirement to work long hours during month-end, quarter-end and Annual activities.
Technical Skills
- (Skill set required to do the job- Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc) Good analytical skills.
- Experience in US sales tax (Preferred).
- Good Data entry skills.
- Good knowledge of MS excel / word.
