Job Description

• Responsible for providing telephone and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
• Sales and Delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Brands like Apple, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Acer and HP Etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers. Fixation of Virus and Malware intrusion Etc.
• Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
• Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
• Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
• Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting service.

Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal as well as written.
• Comfortable to work in 24x7 working environment.

Job Role : Technical Support Executive

Eligibility : Any Graduate

Experience : 0 - 5 Years

Salary : Rs: 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.

Walk-In Days : Monday - Friday

Walk-In Time : 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM
