• Core Dimension Has to take care of Technical related issue and new requirement across locations through phones and Emails.
• Should act as point of contact between operations and core domain team.
• Responsible for Escalations, Incidents, Change and Problem Management.

Skills

• Skill Set Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Basis system knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skill in both speaking and writing.
