Job Description
- Responsible for providing technical support at the client/ Bank site in timely manner.
- Monitoring Bank's Switch and other systems at client / Banks site.
- Resolving technical issues relating to transactions and ATMs through Emails / telephonic support.
- Liaising with internal / external teams for resolving technical issues at the earliest.
- Liaising with vendors for issues related to ATM, POS & Network.
- Providing reports to Bank as per requirement.
- Responsible for day to day activities like ATM addition, Branch addition, Card Blocking, etc in BASE24 and other Banks system.
Skills
- Should have good communication Skill.
- Ready to work in rotational shift.
- Need science graduate only (Bsc/BCA/MCA/Msc/BE/ME).
- Should have minimum 50% in graduation.
- Male candidates are preferred.
