Job Description
- To adhere process and clauses agreed as per SLAs.
- To improve the productive efficiency with marginal cost.
- Achieve TATs as per SLA.
- Ensure no operational Penalties from Partners.
- Ready to work in staggered shifts.
Skills
- Managing escalations and maintain relationships with merchants.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction.
- Graduate in any discipline with 1 - 3 years of experience experience in relevant field will add more weightage.
- Basic understanding of acquiring business and various methods of payments.
- should have good understanding of payments.
- Should have good working experience on MS Excel.
