Job Description
- Understand and translate business needs into data specific requirements and support the existing Application.
- Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows and develop conceptual data models.
- Optimize and update database requirements.
- Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness.
- Must have a strong working knowledge and skills in Cobol 400, RPG IV, ILE.
- Must also have knowledge in AS400, CLP, and SQL.
- Must have expertise in ILERPG, CL400, and Jobs.
- Thorough knowledge of development tools for on-line and batch environments.
- Experience with Java, HTML or Web sphere a plus.
- Excellent programming and debugging skills.
Skills
- Primary Skill- AS 400 Cobol 400.
- Secondary Skill- DB2,CL/400,RPG IV,SQL.
